Position the shift lever and the coupling sleeve



Adjust the gear lever and the coupling sleeve: a) - view of the gearbox housing; b) - view of the clutch housing





1 - a special plate;

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set a special plate 1, drawing 3 and 4 reception indicator 5.
2. Set the indicator leg 6 on the end of the rod 7 fork backing and ensure preload indicator 1 mm.
3. Measure the axial movement of the rod 7 indicator, giving a corresponding movement of the rod 7.
4. Divide the two readings taken with the axial movement of the rod 7 and set in the middle position, fixing it with the screw 2.
5. Move the lever 10 in the direction reverse using the lever and the adjustment slider to set the finger 8.
6. Remove the indicator by moving your finger to stop the slide 8.
7. Install the finger 8 of the slider in the middle position on the basis of statements and fix the screw 9.
8. Remove the display 5 with a support stand 3 and 4.
9. Loosen the bolt 12 so that the coupling sleeve 13 moves freely in the internal lever 14 shift.
10. Set the inner lever 14 to the center position.
11. Fit the clutch housing dowel pins.
12. Remove the gearbox housing a special plate 1 and install it on the clutch, turning 180 ?�, with an 8 slide your finger should get into the coupling sleeve 13. If necessary, correct coupling sleeve with a screwdriver.
13. Secure the coupling sleeve 13 bolt 12.
