Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the gearbox from dirt and rinse with water, protecting casings from water.
2. Insert into the hole of the flange 2 (see. Fig. Transmission type 084) and the half-line screwdriver to rest at the edge of its casing 6 clutch to lock the flange against rotation.

A warning

Flanges of semiaxes are of different lengths. The length of the left flange is 84.5 mm, and the right - 89.6 mm. It is recommended to label the flange before removal.

3. Unscrew using a ring spanner bolt 1.
4. Remove the flange of 2 semiaxes from the clutch housing using two screwdrivers.
5. Remove the spring 3, washer 4 and the spacer ring 5.
6. Remove the flange half-line with the other gearbox (see. Pp. 2-5).

A warning

Since 1986, the semi-axes instead of flange bolts with hexagon head bolts have been used with cylinder head hexagon.

7. Remove the three screws 2 (see. Fig. Carter of a transmission).
8. Remove the cover 1 gearbox and spacer 4.
9. Include 5th transfer.
10. Loosen the lock nut, which is under a fork 2 (see. Fig. Fork for 5th gear).
11. Remove the bolt 1 and remove it from the sleeve 3.
12. Remove the plug 2 and simultaneously the sliding sleeve 4 of the synchronizer of 5th transfer.
13. Install again how the sliding sleeve 4 of the synchronizer of 5th transfer.
14. Insert 5th gear synchronizer using and 2nd gear using the gear lever, thus blocking the transmission shaft from rotating.
15. Remove the bolt 66 (see. Fig. Transmission type 085).
16. Remove the sliding sleeve 4 (see. Fig. Fork for 5th gear) of the synchronizer of 5th transfer.
17. Remove the retaining ring 21 (see. Fig. Transmission type 085).
18. To press a gear May 25 th transmission with synchronizer blocking ring 22, 24 and a needle bearing 26.
19. Lever support washer 27 and pull it together with the inner ring of the needle bearing.
20. To press a gear wheel of 64 5th transfers from a primary shaft 62.
21. Remove the lever 5 (see. Fig. Fork for 5th gear) from the stem fork 5th gear.
22. Remove the bolts 14 (see. Fig. Carter of a transmission).
23. Disconnect the crankcase 5 gearbox and the clutch housing 11.
24. Remove differential.
25. Remove the threaded bushing 18 (see. Fig. Carter clutch) and remove speedometer drive shaft 17.
26. Remove reverse gear switch.

A warning

If the connecting plug is removed or the internal gear lever, the setup needs to be adjusted.
