Installation of the steering mechanism

Installation of the steering mechanism in reverse order on the process of withdrawal. Wherein:

- Establish a stretcher to the starting position (raise it) and connect the upper and lower portion of the intermediate shaft;

- Connect the knuckle;

- Tighten the universal joint connection with the intermediate shaft torque 25 Nm;

- Secure the subframe. Tightening torque of the subframe 70 Nm, then tighten the screws by 90 ?�. Tightening torque arm rear subframe 65 Nm;

- Connect the tie rod ends to the steering. Use only self-locking nuts. Tightening torque of nuts 35 Nm;

- Check the wheel alignment angles;

- Tighten the lock nut steering rod tips to 50 N ?� m;

- Check the fluid level and top up if necessary it;

- Bleed the hydraulic system.
