The procedure for disassembly and reassembly of the engine



After removing the diesel engine with a first dismantled all additional devices, then held his complete disassembly. Assistive devices remove in the following order (build and equip the engine with additional devices is carried out in the reverse order listed):
- Pump hydraulic power steering control if provided a complete set;
- The air conditioning compressor, if it is provided a complete set;
- Generator complete with brackets;
- starter;
- Glow elements and heating systems;
- The required control elements of the motor;
- Engine harnesses;
- Turbocharger and collectors;
- Dipstick and housing;
- Support of the engine;
- Flywheel or faceplate.
To disassemble the engine overhaul in the following order:
- The timing with all toothed pulleys and tensioning;
- Cylinder head;
- oil pump;
- Pistons and connecting rod assembly;
- crankshaft.
