Install the cooling system tester with adapter for cooling system on the cover (Fig. 2.185).
Create a hand pump tester overpressure max. 1.6 bar.
Pressure reducing valve thus should remain closed.
In premature opening of the pressure reducing valve
Replace the cover.
Lift the pressure is higher than 1.6 bar.
Pressure reducing valve should open.
If the pressure relief valve does not open, replace the cover.
