Disconnecting the brake pedal from the brake booster

First, press the brake pedal in the direction of the brake booster and secure (Fig. 6.23).
Use separating tool, drag in the direction the driver's seat, hold the brake pedal in the opposite direction. Thus Pull tabs 3 are pressed mounting ball head push rod 2.

NOTE
The figure shows the disconnection of the brake pedal from the brake booster pedal at the removed node.

The release tool and the brake pedal pull together in the direction of the driver's seat. (Thereby the brake pedal is moving away from the ball head push rod).
