Pumping of fuel from the fuel tank is less than 3/4

Remove the rear seat.

1 Remove the cover from the control unit of the fuel pump 2 to the fuel supply unit (Fig. 2.204).

Disconnect the 5-pin plug of the A and B of the fuel flange (Fig. 2.205).

NOTE

To disconnect the fuel line, click on the lock ring.

On vehicles with auxiliary heater you also need to disconnect the plug from the metering pump and fuel lines.

Open the lock ring key.

Lift the sensor flange.

Insert the bilge hose device for pumping fuel as deeply as possible into the fuel tank and pump out the fuel.

If it was only necessary to pump the fuel from the tank, it should be re-set the sensor flange.
