Removal and installation of the water pump



Removing the water pump
Drain the coolant.
Remove the timing belt
Unscrew bolts of 1 fastening of the water pump and remove it 2.

Remove the O-ring 3 (Fig. 2.189).

Installation of the water pump
Install in reverse order, with the following should be considered.
Replace O-ring.
Peel and clean the seating surface of the sealing ring.
The new O-ring 3 soak coolant.
Insert the water pump 2.
Mounting position plug housing points downward.
Tighten bolts of 1 fastening of the water pump.
Install the timing belt
Fill the coolant.

Tightening torques
* Insert, brushing lacquer thread.
