Removing and installing ribbed belt pulley with freewheel manufacturer Bosch



Withdrawal
Remove the three-phase generator.
Hold generator mounting points in a vise.
Remove the protective cap with a V-belt pulley with freewheel.
Install the adapter using the Allen wrench 17 V-belt pulley with freewheel generator.

Set the nozzle to the generator shaft

Insert the nozzle adapter M10 1 in the shaft of the generator (Fig. 7.22).
Loosen the threaded connection by rotating the torque wrench with a nozzle to the right and hold the spanner in the locked position.
Hold the pulley with freewheel hand and rotate the drive shaft of the generator until then, until you can remove the pulley.

Setting
Installation is performed in reverse order, with the following should be considered.
First, tighten the V-belt pulley with freewheel by hand all the way to the drive shaft of the generator.
Torque wrench should be used for the installation of V-belt pulley with freewheel as follows:
Unlock the end nozzle 1 and remove it from the handle 2.

Turn the knob 2 torque wrench through 180 ?� and re-insert the nozzle end (Fig. 7.23).
Install the left-hand direction of rotation of the nozzle end to the torque wrench.
Insert the nozzle adapter M10 1 generator shaft.
Hold the adapter using the Allen wrench 17.

Tighten the V-belt pulley with freewheel rotation of the drive shaft of the generator with a torque wrench to the left (Fig. 7.24).
Tighten to the specified torque.
