Repair trailing arm



Pulling out the rubber sleeve
Remove the trailing arm.

Hold the trailing arm in a vise so that the support bracket 1 touched the grip (Fig. 4.71).
Remove the bolt 2.

Installation tools

Install tools, as shown in Figure 4.78.
Extract the rubber-metal sleeve.

Pressing the rubber sleeve
Put the trailing arm on a flat surface.

Install the trailing arm on the plane

Install the trailing arm on the plane so that the size and was equal to 113 mm (Fig. 4.79).
Mark a vertical line on the trailing arm bushing.

Location the rubber sleeve

Place the rubber-metal sleeve on the trailing arm so that the marked line is between the protrusions 1 (Fig. 4.80).

NOTE
Watch out for the correct mounting position of the rubber bushings of the trailing arm relative to the sleeve.

Install the tools as shown in the figure (Fig. 4.81).
Press in rubber-metal sleeve flush.
Install the support bracket to the trailing arm.
Install the trailing arm.
