Repair of the selector lever

Lever

1 - the switch of parking;
2 - guide plate;
3 - modulator;
4 - the plate spring;
5 - a plate;
6 - pin;
7 - the selector lever;

8 - roller retainer;
9 - the base plate;
10 - the gear lever knob;
11 - housing;
12 - indicator panel;
13 - the indicator lamp selector position;
14 - switch connector O / D.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. a flat-blade screwdriver loosen the connector pins. Remove the pin from the connector.
2. Thin and knockout hammer beat Transmission pin and remove the two washers, and the pinion shaft.
3. Remove the indicator.
4. Remove the cover.
5. Turn the lamp indicator on the selector lever counter-clockwise and remove it.
6. Remove the two screws and remove the retainer clip assembly, then remove the plate, the upper spring plate and spring plate.
7. Remove the bolt from the base plate.
8. Remove the two screws on the guide plate and remove it.
9. Remove the lock lever and the selector lever.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Set the selector lever on the baseplate.
2. Set the guide plate on the base plate and fix two bolts. Torque: 6,8-9,8 N ??? m
3. Lubricate 0-GL02 on the inside of the roller.
4. Move the selector lever to position P.
5. Freely set the spring plate, spring plate and top plate. Tightening torque: 2.0-2.9 N ??? m
6. Lubricate 0-GL02 on the outer and inner part of the guide plate.
7. Further assembly is carried out in sequence, return dismantling.
8. Make sure that the selector lever position indication correspond to the selector lever.
