The front bumper is shown in Fig. 16.17.

Withdrawal
Remove the front wheels.
Separate the front part of facing of a niche of a forward wheel.
On both sides of the bumper, remove the nuts 10.
6 Remove the bolts attaching the bumper to the front part of facing of a niche of a forward wheel.
Below the bumper unscrew bolts of fastening of a bumper 7.
Pull forward and remove the bumper to the side guide rails.

Before installing the need to tighten the bumper to stop the lower adjusting screw 3 (Fig. 16.18) with left-hand thread and the upper adjusting bolt 8 with right-hand thread.
Adjusting the front bumper in the shock absorber is carried out automatically when screwing a bolt of 1 fastening of the bumper.

Setting
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Insert the bolts fastening the side wing of the bumper and tighten them by hand.
Insert clip bumper facing of a niche of a forward wheel.
Check if the bumper is attached to the side rail 2 (see. Fig. 16.17).
Tighten the nuts 10 (see. Fig. 16.17) to 6 N ?� m.
Screw bolts 7 (see. Fig. 16.17), the bumper and tighten them to 23 Nm.
If necessary, adjust the position of the front bumper.
