The front panel with a transverse auxiliary elements





Withdrawal
Before disconnecting the battery find out whether you have a code switch on the radio.
Switch off the ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove the front bumper.
Remove the screws and remove the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment.
Disconnect the cable of opening of the bonnet of the front cross bar.

Remove the bolts and remove the air tubes 1 and 2 (Fig. 16.1).
Disconnect the electrical connectors from the front transverse panel.
Remove the bolts of the heat exchanger oil the power steering and take him aside, without disconnecting from it pipelines.
Set under the radiator drain pan coolant.

Rotate counter-clockwise, remove the drain plug from the radiator coolant drain shown in Fig. 16.2 arrow.
When installing the plug you want to use a new sealing koltso.Oslabte bolts ribbed belt tensioner and remove the air conditioning compressor belt from pulleys.
Remove the air conditioning compressor mounting bolts and soft wire tie it to the body.

A WARNING
The cooling circuit air-conditioning system is not open.

Remove the bolts of the heat exchanger oil the power steering and take him aside, without disconnecting from it pipelines.

On vehicles with automatic transmission, set the pan to collect the oil, remove the couplings and disunite oil pipeline transmission (Fig. 16.3).

On cars with turbocharged, loosen the clamp and remove the air hose from the cooler air nadduvaemogo (Fig. 16.4).
Remove the right and left sides of the bonnet seal mounted between the wings and the front transverse panel.

Remove the screws 2 (Fig. 16.5).
Ask the assistant to support the front transverse panel, unscrew the screws 3, 4 and 5, and remove the panel from the car.

Setting
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
Connect the oil pipes of an automatic transmission.
Fill the cooling system with coolant.
Check the connection of the electrical connectors.
Connect a wire of "weight" to the battery.
Turn on the radio and enter the code.
Lift up the power window glass until it stops. Then click on all window switches again for at least 1, in the closed position of the control unit to activate windows.
Set the clock.
Adjust headlights.

Placing in the service position
Switch off the ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove the front bumper.
Unscrew the front of the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment.
Remove the front bumper.
Remove the bolts and remove the air tubes 1 and 2 (see. Fig. 16.1).
On the right side of the car, remove the bolt 5 (see. Fig. 16.5), and instead screw the special tool 3369.

On the right side of the vehicle Screw the special tool 3369 into the threaded hole (Fig. 16.6).
On both sides remove the screws 2 (see. Fig. 16.5).
Unscrew the bolts 3 and 4 (see. Fig. 16.5) and move forward the front transverse plate so that the hole in the rear panel is aligned with the front opening in the flange of the wing.
