Tightening torques of the main threaded connections
When assembling the motor screw connections must be tightened with a strictly defined moment.
Tightening torque for compounds Nm:
engine mount to the engine frame 23
turbocharger to the bracket 20
turbocharger to cylinder block 40
air conditioning compressor to the bracket 25
power steering pump (GUR) to the bracket 25
Pulley to the power steering pump 25
the catalytic converter to the turbocharger 25
bracket bolts of the generator, power steering pump and fan 45
Timing belt tensioner to the cylinder block 13
toothed belt tensioning roller to cylinder head 20 + to tighten on 45
pulley toothed belt camshaft 25
Toothed belt 10
damper to the crankshaft pulley 10 + to tighten on 90 ?�
V-ribbed belt tensioner 25
bolts cylinder head cover 10
the intake manifold to the cylinder head 25
connecting pipe 25, the exhaust gas recirculation
back casing of a gear belt to the cylinder head:
