Intake manifold



Withdrawal
Switch off the ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Location engine cover screws and the pointer (1) engine oil level

Remove the index 1 (see. Fig. 3.3.2), the engine oil level.
Release clamps fastening, remove the three screws and remove the engine cover (see. Fig. 3.3.2).
Install the engine oil dipstick in place.

Remove the two screws and remove the air filter cover (see. Fig. 3.3.3).

Remove the bolts and remove the air tubes 1 and 2 (see. Fig. 3.3.4).

Cars with engines AJM
Remove the breather hose from the air filter housing.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the air mass meter.

Remove the valve 4 (Fig. 3.3.44) EGR 3 with the air filter housing.
Loosen the clamp and disconnect the wires from the air filter housing.

Loosen the clamp and disconnect the air pipe 5 (Fig. 3.3.45) from the air filter housing.
Remove the bolt 1 and remove the air filter housing.

Unplug electrical connector 2 (Fig. 3.3.46) of the air flow meter.
Unscrew clamp wires from the air filter housing and take wires aside.
Loosen the clamp and disconnect the air pipe 3 (see. Fig. 3.3.46) from the air filter housing.
Remove the bolt 1 (see. Fig. 3.3.46) and remove the air filter housing.

All models
Remove the screws and remove the connecting pipe EGR.

Loosen the clamp and disconnect the air tube 1 (Fig. 3.3.47).
Remove the hoses 2 and 3 (see. Fig. 3.3.47).
Remove the screws and remove the inlet manifold.

Setting
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following:
When installing the intake manifold must be replaced all the self-locking nuts and gaskets.
