Electronic engine control unit



Withdrawal
Electronic engine control unit is located in plenum front of the windshield.
Remove the rubber seal waterproof housing at the rear of the engine compartment.

Remove the waterproof housing 1 (Fig. 18.5).

Blade screwdriver to release clamps (Fig. 18.6) securing the cover of the electronic engine control unit and remove it.
Blade screwdriver to release clamps of fastening of the electronic engine control unit and lift the unit.

Loosen the clamp and disconnect the unit from the power connectors 1 and 2 (Fig. 18.7).
If you have a disconnect an electric socket from a height sensor.
Blade screwdriver to release the lock and lift up an additional block of the relay located in the box for the electronic engine control unit.
Disconnect the electrical connectors on the rear connector block and remove the engine wiring harness together with the sealing ring out of the box of the electronic engine control unit.
Remove the nut and bolt and remove the box ECU.

Setting
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
When installing the boxes ECU Check the installation gasket box.
