Removing and installing the battery



You will need a key "10".
1. Loosen the nut of a coupling bolt tip wire ...
2. ... and disconnect the wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.
3. Pull the cap ...
... 4. Loosen the nut of a coupling bolt tip wire ...
5. ... and disconnect the wire from the plug "plus" battery.
6. Loosen the nuts clamping plate.
7. Bring the screed from the battery tray holes ...
8. ... and remove the clamp assembly with ties.
9. Remove the battery from the vehicle.
10. Install the battery in the reverse order of removal. Before connecting the wires, strip the battery terminals and the inner surface of the tips of wires with fine sandpaper. Wires connect in reverse order, observing polarity. After connecting the wires to the terminals of the batteries put on the wire ferrules and open terminals surface thin layer of grease Lithol-24 or similar (most preferably copper-bearing conductive grease).
