Replacement brake hoses

By car use the four brake hose, two (rear) to connect the piping on the rear axle and two (front) to connect the pipelines with working cylinders of the front brake.
You will need: the keys "10", "12", "19" pliers.

HELPFUL ADVICE
To loosen the nuts pipes use special keys, as the nuts are tightened strongly and usually corroded, so that when using the conventional key facets nuts rumpled.

1. To remove the front of the hose pipe, unscrew the nut holding the upper tip of the hose from turning ...
2. ... and disconnect the tube.

HELPFUL ADVICE
To prevent leakage of fluid from the complete hydraulic drive immediately stop the opening of the tube in any way possible. It is well suited for this purpose, the protective caps valve to release the air.

3. Remove the locking clip from the upper tip of the hose.
4. Remove the bolt-fitting fastening of the bottom tip of the hose to the working cylinder front brake ...

NOTE
Pay attention to the two copper sealing washers ...
... Located on both sides of the tip of the hose. When reassembling replace the washers with new ones.

5. ... and remove the brake hose.
6. Install the new hose in the reverse order of removal.

A WARNING
Make sure that the hose is not twisted during the installation axis.

7. Likewise, replace a second front hose.
8. Rear brake hoses have a tip, similar to the upper tip of the front of the hose. Replace the hoses, using the same techniques and tools as for the front.
9. After replacing the tubing, remove the air from the brake system (see. "Bleeding brake system hydraulic drive").
