Replacement of the bearing of the steering column



You will need to face head TORX E8.
1. Remove the steering column (see. "Removing and installing steering column").
2. Remove the steering shaft from the housing column.
4. Remove the four screws on the bearing housing to the steering column ...
5. ... and remove it.
6. Remove the thrust washer.
7. Hook screwdriver ...
8. ... and remove the lock ring.
9. Extract the bearing mandrel of suitable diameter.
10. Press in the new bearing.
11. Install the parts in reverse order of removal.
