Replacement parts stabilizer bar front suspension



You will need: the keys "10", "12", Allen head "12", "14" knob, extension, universal joint.
1. hang out the front of the vehicle and remove the mudguard of the engine (see. "Removal and installation of mudguards of the engine").
2. Remove the nut anti-roll bar to the bar, holding the bolt face head and the capstan.
3. Remove the upper washer ...
4. ... and grommet. If you are shooting not to replace the rack, mark the location before removing the rest of the rack parts to fix them in place.
5. Pushing the bolt down, washers, rubber bushings and spacer anti-roll bar.
6. Similarly remove the second the stabilizer.
7. Remove the two screws on the right bracket ...
8. ... and remove the bracket stabilizer bar ...
9. ... and grommet.
10. Remove the two screws left bracket stabilizer bar.

NOTE
To release bolts of fastening of the left bracket, use an extension cord and a universal joint.

11. Remove the bracket stabilizer bar and rubber grommet.
NOTE
Damaged or worn bushings replaced.

12. Remove the bolts of the first ...
13. ... and the second to the direction of travel of holders of tubes.
14. Remove the stabilizer bar from the vehicle. Not folded tube longer than is necessary to remove the stabilizer bar so as not to damage them.

15. Install the parts in reverse order of removal. The relative position of the rack parts shown in Fig. 7.3. Pay attention to the relative position and orientation of washers and sleeves, the sleeves should comprise protrusions in the holes of the lever and the rod so that the rack does not touch the bolt lever and rod. Finally tighten the nut 2 (see. Fig. 7.3) to get the size of B, equal to 38 mm on the car standing on the earth.

NOTE
After replacing the parts stabilizer bar check and if necessary adjust the angles of the wheels. Take advantage of workshops, have special equipment.
