Replacing the brake servo
You will need: the keys "13", "14", "high" face head "12", pliers, ruler. | | 1. Loosen the clamp on the vacuum hose to the fitting of the amplifier ... | 2. ... slide the clamp on the hose and remove the hose from the amplifier. |
| | 3. Remove the two nuts securing the master cylinder to the vacuum amplifier ... | 4. ... and, without disconnecting the pipes from the master cylinder, take him aside. |
WARNINGS Do not pull the master cylinder to a distance greater than that required to remove the amplifier to avoid damaging the pipes. Seal the brake master cylinder, mounted in a nest the amplifier at each dismantling of the compound is replaced. |

| | 10. Measure the distance from the amplifier to the center of the hole in the fork of a pusher. The distance should be 278-279 mm. Otherwise, adjust the length of the pusher. | 11. Hold the adjusting sleeve, loosen the locknut. |
12. Rounding or unscrewing the adjustment sleeve, change the length of the pusher to 278-279 mm. 13. Tighten the lock nut while holding the sleeve second key. | | 14.
