Removing and installing front door

Removal Upholstery

Loosen the screw securing the inner door handle and remove it.

Loosen the screws securing the side panel door.

With the help of a stripper remove the side panel.

Use a screwdriver to disconnect the front side door trim (Fig. 8.16).

Removing the glass window

By pressing the window switch gently lower the glass so that the door was opening the box 2 glass bolts and unscrew bolts.

Bring the glass of the seal and carefully pull out of the opening (Fig. 8.18).

Disconnect the electric window motor (Fig. 8.19).

Remove the window regulator assembly by removing the nuts window mechanism (4EA) and the nuts of the motor (ZEA) (Fig. 8.20).

Remove the front groove by removing the nuts (2Ea).

Remove the screws that secure the lock (Fig. 8.21).

Remove the mounting bolts of the front door opening limiter (2EA).

Remove the front door hinge mounting bolts and disconnect the connector.

Remove the front door (Fig. 8.22).

Setting

Installation is the reverse order of removal.

Removal and installation of rear-view mirror

Withdrawal

Remove the cover (Fig. 8.24).

Disconnect the wires (Fig. 8.25).

Remove the outside rearview mirror by loosening the bolts (Fig. 8.26).

Setting

Installation is the reverse order of removal.
