Dismantling, check and assemblage of the block of cylinders

Dismantling
Remove the cylinder head, the timing belt front cover plate drive automatic transmission, automatic transmission fee fixing, oil pan, pistons and crankshaft.
Details of disassembling are set out below in the relevant sections

Check
Check the cylinder block to the lack of chips, corrosion, scale deposits and rust. Also, check for cracks and other damage. Replace the cylinder when it detects significant defects.

Measure the diameter of the cylinders via nutrometra

Measure the diameter of the cylinders using indicator-Nutromer in three zones at altitude, "A" and "B" (Fig. 2.222).
Level 1: TDC piston.
Level 2: the middle of the course.
Level 3: piston BDC.
If the roundness (oval) or a taper cylinder over the limit, or a mirror of the cylinder, there are scratches or signs of seizure (bully), you should be chiseled into the corresponding repair size and othoningovat cylinder block. After repair the cylinder install pistons and piston rings corresponding repair size.
Nominal value: The cylinder diameter - 86.7 mm.
Limit taper and roundness of the cylinder: no more than 0.02 mm.
In the presence of the ring groove wear in the area of the stop of the first compression ring in TDC, remove the comb grooves using a reamer or scraper.

When repairs (boring and honingovke) cylinders in the repair size, calculate the diameter of the bore of the cylinder so that a repair provides a nominal clearance between the piston and the cylinder. All pistons must be of the size of the repair. Measuring the diameter of the piston are made at a distance of 12 mm from the edge skirts in a plane perpendicular to the piston pin axis (Fig. 2.223).
The clearance between the piston and the cylinder: 0.01-0.03 mm.
Inspect for damage and cracks of the walls of the cylinders.

Using a straight edge and feeler gauge, check the mating plane warping unit under the head. Before testing, remove the remnants of the old mating face pads and foreign particles (Fig. 2.224).
Nominal value: flatness - 0.03 mm or less.
Limit: flatness - no more than 0.05 mm.

ATTENTION
When restoring the value of the surface machining of metal removal should not exceed 0.2 mm

Cylinder bore
When repairing is taken into account the maximum diameter of the cylinder.

NOTE
Tag oversize piston knocked on the firing end.
Measure the diameter of the piston installed in the cylinder.

Based on the measured value of the outside diameter of the piston, calculate the diameter of the cylinder bore.
The diameter of the cylinder bore = outer diameter of the piston + clearance between piston and cylinder (0.01-0.03 mm) - allowance for honing (0.01 mm).
Ream all cylinders to the calculated diameter.

NOTE
When the bore to prevent the thermal deformation of the walls of the cylinder bore spend in the order of the engine.

Honingovku spend cylinder walls to provide a predetermined gap piston and cylinder.
After honingovki recheck backlash size. Standard value: 0.01-0.03 mm.

NOTE
Set the pistons in the engine just the same oversize

Assembly
Install the unit parts listed below.
1. Crankshaft.
2. The plate drive automatic transmission.
3. Pistons.
4. Cylinder heads.
5. Belt.
6. Front cover.
