Rear axle



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the parking brake.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Remove the speed sensor.
4. Remove the caliper and secure it with wire rack to the rear suspension.

5. Remove the brake disc.

6. Remove the four screws on the hub to the support hub.

7. Using the special tool, remove the rotor sensor ABS.

8. Remove the bearing hub.

9. Peel back and remove the collar nut rear hub.

10. While projecting abutment surface of the outer ring of the bearing sleeve press out the rear axle.

11. Using the special tool, remove the inner ring of the bearing from a nave.

12. Using the special tool, remove the sleeve 2 of the support hub.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check rear wheel bearing for wear and damage.
2. Check the rotor speed sensor on the rear wheel no chipping of teeth.
3. Check the hub for cracks and wear.
4. Check the bearing hub for cracks.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Using the special tool, press-fit the sleeve 2 in support of a nave.

2. Apply a thin layer of the universal lubricant on the contact surface of the bearing and hub.

3. Using the special tool, press-fit the bearing into the hub.

Do not press-fit the bearing outer ring of the bearing.

When installing, always use a new bearing.

4. Screw a new nut with a fillet and hammer in a nut fillet into a nave groove.

5. Using the special tool, press-fit the rotor sensor ABS.

6. Install the hub and bearing on the brake shield so that the rounded portion of the outer ring of the bearing facing up.

If installation is difficult, turn the adjusting nut hand brake to increase the distance between the brake pads and engine.

7. Tighten the 4 screws tightening torque listed in the specifications.
8. Install the brake disc.

9. Install the caliper.

10. Several times turn the hub to the bearing elements established in its place.

11. Measure the torque which must be applied for the rotation of the bearing.

Torque: 2.8 N ??? m

12. The test for determining whether the hub in the axial gap accurately defined limits offline.

Axial bearing clearance: 0,008 mm

13. Install the wheel speed sensor.
14. Set the parking brake.
15. Adjust the parking brake lever stroke.
