Removing and installing transmission



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect in the first place, the wire from the negative terminal of the battery, and then - on the positive.
2. Remove the air duct.
3. Remove the air filter and air hoses.
4. Disconnect the connector from the switch.

5. Remove the pipe coupling and remove the clamp.

6. Remove the slave cylinder.
7. Remove the speedometer cable.

8. Remove the shift cable and gear selection.

9. Remove the starter mounting bolts. Remove the upper bolts gearbox.

10. Special adaptation 09400-29000 support the engine so that the engine weight was perceived device.

11. Remove the bracket and gearbox support.
12. Raise the vehicle.
13. Remove the front wheels.
14. Remove the drain plug and drain into a suitable container gear oil from the gearbox.
15. Remove the bolt and disconnect from the knuckle ball joint tie rod and ball joint of the lower arm, and the drive shaft.
16. Remove the hinge bolts and the return pipe.
17. Remove the front muffler.
18. Remove the bolts of the lower frame and remove it.
19. Remove the front and rear support bracket gearbox.

20. Turn out bolts of fastening of a transmission.

21. Remove the gearbox.

When removing the gearbox, make sure that the jack supports transmission over a large area.

Supports the engine and transmission to be installed in its place without tension.

The sequence of installation brackets.

  1. Bracket engine mounting.
  2. The upper arm of a transmission.
  3. Bracket back support.
  4. Front support bracket.

When installing the front support bracket being careful not to damage the bearing, which can lead to excessive vibration.
