Shafts Transmission



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the top support bracket gearbox.

2. Remove the bracket shift cable.

3. Remove the slave cylinder.

4. Remove reversing light switch.

5. Remove the speedometer driven gear.

6. Remove the clutch fork shaft and the bearing sleeve.

7. Remove the expander bolt.

8. Remove the ball poppet valve.

9. Remove the side cover and an intermediate gear.

10. Remove the selection lever, the shift lever and the lid seals.

11. Remove the clutch housing from the transaxle case with an expansion spring ring.

12. Remove the lock and the control shaft.

13. Remove the shift shaft.

14. Remove the shift fork 5th gear.

15. Remove the shift fork 3rd and 4th gear.

15. Remove the shift fork 1st and 2nd gear.

17. Remove the bearing retainer.

18. At the same time remove the input and output shaft assembly.

19. Remove differential.

20. Remove the retainer and roller bearings.

21. Using the special tool (09455-33200), remove the outer bearing spacer differential and drive shaft oil seal.

22. Remove the gear lever and gear selection with the gear case.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Using the special tool (09455-33200) Install the oil seal of the drive shaft.

Place oil seal of the drive shaft at an angle.

2. Set the gear lever and gear selection in the gearbox housing

3. Replace the cover and lock the needle bearing.

4. Install the differential.

5. At the same time, set the input and output shaft assembly.

6. Install the bearing holder.

7. Install the shift fork 1st and 2nd gear.

8. Install the shift fork 3rd and 4th gear.

9. Install the shift fork 5th gear.

10. Install the shift shaft.

11. Establish the case of the lock and the control shaft.

12. Assemble the clutch to the transmission case with an expansion spring ring.

13. Set the selection lever, the shift lever and the lid seals.

14. Install the side cover and an intermediate gear.

15. Install the ball poppet valve.

16. Screw the expander bolt.

17. Install the clutch fork shaft and the bearing sleeve.

18. Install the speedometer driven gear.

19. Turn the reversing light.

20. Install the slave cylinder.

21. Install the shift cable bracket.
22. Establish an arm of the upper transmission mount.
