Replacement servo



You will need: a flat-blade screwdriver, a ruler, a special key "10" for pipelines, face head "12" knob, extension cord, rubber bulb.

HELPFUL ADVICE
Replacement servo
To loosen the hard nuts of the vacuum amplifier you will need a set of mechanical heads, extensions and drivers, similar to the one shown in the photo.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug ?�-?� the storage battery.
2. Remove the brake master cylinder (see. "Replacing the brake master cylinder").

HELPFUL ADVICE
In the presence of the contractor sufficient skills master cylinder can not be removed completely, disconnect it from enough brake booster and take forward, without disconnecting from it pipelines.

3. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the nozzle of the vacuum amplifier (see. "Testing the brake servo").
4. Remove the fuse box, without disconnecting from it Pads with wires (see. "Removing and installing mounting block").

5. Remove the cotter pin, having picked up a screwdriver ...
6. Remove the metal washer ... ...

7. ... and remove the axis of the pusher of the vacuum amplifier.
8. Remove the four screws fixing the brake servo to the bulkhead panel ...

9. ... and remove the vacuum amplifier.

NOTE
Replacement servo
If you removed the vacuum booster to replace, install a new vacuum booster pad and adjust the height of the brake pedal from the floor (see. "Checking and adjusting the brake pedal position").

10. Install the brake booster in the reverse order of removal.
