Adjusting the parking brake system



Start the engine and click a few times on the brake pedal.
Stop the engine.
Remove the center console behind the ashtray.

Turn the adjusting nut as shown in Figure 6.57.
After the adjustment, do the following:
- Turn the ignition key is ON, pull the parking brake lever on one click, and make sure the warning light illuminates the parking braking system;
- Make sure that the rear brakes do not lock the wheels.
