Install the timing chain drive

Kremnievoorganichesky Apply sealant to the engine front cover as shown in Figure 2.262.

ATTENTION
Install the engine front cover 10 minposle kremnievoorganicheskogo applying sealant.

The thickness of the bead of sealant applied: 2-4 mm.

Order of a tightening of bolts securing engine front cover

Tighten the engine front cover in the order shown in Figure 2.263.
Install bolt ?��1, using a new sealing washer.


Apply a radial seal in clean engine oil.
Insert the front oil seal to the engine front cover hands.

Fitting the front oil seal using the special tool and a hammer (Fig. 2.264).
The depth of the pressing from the front engine cover - 0-0.5 mm.
