Removing the timing chain drive



Combining keyway crankshaft sprocket with timing mark

Rotate the crankshaft clockwise and align the keyway of the crankshaft sprocket with the timing mark, and then install the piston of the first cylinder in the TDC (Fig. 2.258).
Align the marks on the camshaft sprockets so that they form a straight line in the alignment of the upper horizontal surface of the cylinder head.

Remove the drive chain timing.
