Install the timing chain drive



Align mounting keyway of the crankshaft sprocket mounting mark

Align the keyway of the crankshaft sprocket mounting label, and then set the first cylinder to TDC (Fig. 2.260).
Align the marks on the camshaft sprockets so that they form a straight line in the alignment of the upper horizontal surface of the cylinder head.
Install the timing chain drive mechanism.

After installing the control circuit, remove the wire or paper clip set in the chain tensioner and tighten the drive chain timing. Remove the installed stopper when installing the new chain tensioner (Fig. 2.261).
Make sure that the chain valve timing has no slack, and then check the installation Stars.
Rotate the crankshaft clockwise two turns, and then check the time of opening and closing valves.
