In order to replace the damaged wheel, roll to the edge of the roadway and with caution, slowly move to the nearest horizontal area, remote enough safe distance from the roadway. Stop the vehicle on the roadway or on the side of the road with heavy traffic is dangerous. Park the car on level ground at a safe distance from the traffic and fully apply the parking brake. Move the lever range switch ?Park (P)? (parking) (Vehicles with automatic transmission) or put the shift lever in first gear or reverse gear (vehicle with a manual gearbox), and stop the engine. Turn on the hazard warning lights. Make sure that none of the passengers did not stay in the car, and all passengers were safely away from the roadway. Remove the jack, tool, and spare tire. Put under the wheel, which is located diagonally across from the damaged, wheel chocks. Chocks should be installed in front and behind the wheel.
