Seats
Front seat If you have installed heated seats, disconnect the wire from the negative battery terminal.

As far as possible, move the seat back and loosen the screws holding the front of the car seat slide rail to the floor (Fig. 12.24). As far as possible, move the seat forward and remove the screws that hold the rear of the slide rails to the floor of the car seat. Remove all side decorative panels that can hinder the removal of seats. Remove the pin from the seat heater and remove the seat.

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal. Lubricate the seat slide rails (Fig. 12.25).
Backseat A fixed rear seat cushion can be removed by pressing down and back. Then remove it from the vehicle. Pillow on hinges can be tilted forward, then unscrew bolts of hinges or joints. Remove the hinge or mounting brackets of the seat back and remove the back. Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
Seat Heaters Some models are equipped with electric heating elements of the front seats. If the system crashes and malfunctions occur, first check fuses and fuse jumper.

Disconnect the seat heater switch and check the voltage at the terminals of the switch. When the switch (?�ON?�) between terminals ?�b?� (green wire) and "C" (blue wire) must be voltage (Fig. 12.26). If it is not, replace the switch.

Disconnect the connector under the seat on the seat heater. Check the connector on the presence of voltage. Between contacts double contact (?�W?�) and four-contact ("B") connectors to be tension (Fig. 12.27). If pressure is absent, defective heater or heater wiring.

Check the heater connector of the seat back for the presence of voltage. Between track ?�Y?� (Fig. 12.28) One-contact connector and terminal "B" four-prong must be tension. If pressure is absent, defective heater or heater wiring. Heaters can be replaced only with a pillow or seat back.
