To gain access to the rear rack mounting, remove the side trim in the luggage compartment. On models with a three-stage damping system regulates the disconnect switch. Remove the two upper mounting nuts to the body (Fig. 11.11).
If you need to disassemble the stand, loosen the nut on the stem, fix the shock-absorber rod from turning (this is not possible on models with a three-stage damping system). Do not remove the nut completely.
Put labels for later combining top of the rack to the body.
Lift the rear of the car and secure on stands.
Remove the clip and disconnect the brake hose from a rack.
Remove the two nuts and remove the two bolts of the lower mounting to the support hub of the rear wheel, lower the rack down and remove from the vehicle.
Check the rack for leaks working fluid, damage dustproof covers and suspension springs.
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal. Align earlier put labels when attaching the top of the rack to the car body.
Repair of the shock absorber

Repair of the shock absorber rear suspension is carried out in the same way as the front shock absorber (Fig. 11.12).

Three-stage control switches damping rear suspension
Check
Open the trunk and remove the trim switches to access the rear suspension.
Further testing three-way switches control the rear strut damping is carried out just like strut front suspension.
Refitting
Remove the rear strut (this is recommended by the manufacturer, but in fact optional).
Unplug the connector from the switch.
Remove the screws and remove the switch from the top of the rack.
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.

Transverse and longitudinal traction rear suspension
Withdrawal
Lift the rear of the car and secure on stands.
Remove the fuel tank.
Mark the position of the adjusting gear wheels and nuts for installation in their original position. Moving gear nut and acts on the rear wheels toe-in.

Remove the bolts and nuts of the transverse rods to the cross member (Fig. 11.13). Remove the nuts and bolts, remove the sleeve and remove the rod stabilizer bar (if installed).
Remove the bolts longitudinal side of the rod bearing rear wheel hub, then remove the rod from the car.
Remove the bolt suspension parking brake.
Remove the locking bolts and remove the rod from the longitudinal side of the vehicle.
Setting
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following. Temporarily screw all screws and tighten them after the lowering of the car on wheels.
Check the positive toe rear wheels.

Replacement Bearing Kit
Remove the hub bearings and seals.
Blunt center punch or chisel beat out a ring of the bearing hub.
Clean the slot in the hub bearing races. Lubricate new ring and press in their place. Ensure that the rings installed without warping, because otherwise they could be damaged.
Lubricate and install the bearings and seals, and then install and adjust the hub.

Suspension Kit
Remove the brake drum / hub.
Disconnect the brake line from the working brake cylinder. Be ready to brake fluid leakage.
Remove the four bolts that hold the protective cover on the rear brake support hub. Remove the plate drum brake and take it to one side within the permissible limits travel parking brake cable.
Turn out bolts of transverse and longitudinal rods and the rear shock absorber to the support hub. Remove the support of a nave from the car.
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
Remove air from a hydraulic drive of brake system, adjust the hub bearings and parking brake.
