Removing and installing automatic transmission

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Remove the battery and its bracket.
2. Remove the air intake pipe and air filter.
3. Remove the starter.
4. Disconnect the ground wire transmission and remove the sensor transmission.
5. Unplug the wiring harness from the gearbox casing box.
6. Disconnect the cable gear lever on the transmission.
7. Disconnect the vehicle speed sensor.
8. Remove the tube from the radiator transmission fluid transmission.
9. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Fix the engine to the strut mounted above the engine compartment.
10. Remove the upper bolts securing the gearbox to the engine (arrow).
11. Remove the fuel filter bracket and slide filter to the side.
12. Remove the left engine support.
13. Remove the front wheels.
14. Drain the transmission fluid.
15. In the four-cylinder engines Remove the intake manifold support bracket.
16. The six-cylinder engines remove the exhaust system.
17. Remove the intermediate shaft from the gearbox.
18. Remove the leading axis and the intermediate shaft.
19. Insert the sleeve or special plug in the hole axis.
20. Remove the protective shields. Remove the crossmember transmission by removing the bolts (arrows).
21. The six-cylinder engines disconnect the left and right oxygen sensors.
22. Remove the six bolts, twist the two nuts and remove the gearbox support (A - the bolts securing the motor to the support; B - the bolts securing the support to the bodywork C - the bolts securing the gearbox to the support).
23. Braid nuts of the torque converter.
24. Establish a jack under the gearbox.

25. Remove the gearbox support and the support arm.

26. Remove the remaining bolts gearbox and engine.
27. Remove the transmission from the engine and lower it on the jack.

Setting

Installing gearbox is carried out in reverse order of removal.
