Sensor Transmission



Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the sensor (in the corner shows the location of contacts in the contact socket of the sensor).
2. Place the shift lever at a time in each of the positions. Perform measurements and compare the results with the data in the tables Check the sensor transmission (4ET and GF4A-EL) and the sensor check gearbox (CD4E and LA4A-EL).

Adjustment (4EAT and GF4F-EL)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the shift lever to the neutral position. Disconnect the cable from the gear lever switch lever on the gearbox.
2. Loosen the bolts of the switch and turn it to align the label of a neutral position (A) to the switching rod (B).
3. Disconnect the sensor and connect an ohmmeter to contacts responsible for the neutral position. The circuit between the contacts should be closed.
4. Tighten the screws and set the switch lever and a rope.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
2. Disconnect the sensor.
3. Set the gear lever to the neutral position.
4. Remove the bolts of the sensor.
5. Install the new switch and adjust the sensor.
