Fuel tubes and connections of tubes



Before starting work, be sure to drain the fuel system pressure.

Pipes supply and return fuel runs from the fuel tank to the engine compartment and attach clamps to the lower part of the body.

Steel Pipes

To replace the tubes of the fuel system, use only steel tubes.

If you loosen the connection pipes, observe the following rules:

1. Try not to bend and without passing the tube.

2. Replace the O-rings

Flexible hoses

Flexible hoses should not be close to the elements of the exhaust system.

Refitting

Install spring clip

1. The fuel tube

2. 1-2 mm

3. The spring clip

4. Hose

5. 2-6 mm

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lower pressure in system.
2. Remove the clips that hold the tubing to the body.
3. In the places where the rubber hoses are connected to the metal tubes, commonly used spring clips (arrow). To remove a clip, it is necessary to squeeze the pliers and move up. Installation is similar.
4. Sometimes the compounds used in the quick release clamps (1 - Clip 2 - foot).

Repairs

All damaged pipes and hoses must be replaced the same.
