Installation of the power unit

Installation of the power unit on the vehicle is carried out in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the following:
- Check for damage and replace if necessary all the mountings of the power unit and all the oil and fuel lines;
- Check the condition of the bearing clutch assembled on the power unit and replace if necessary;
- Without securing the power unit on the chassis and the support members without releasing rope slings, not to install it on the engine parts removed;
- Attach the propeller shaft (see. The appropriate section);
- Check the oil level in the engine and gearbox and top up if necessary. If the engine oil is blended, for its full-fill (both types of engines) would require 9.5 liters of motor oil recommended by the company;
- Before filling the cooling system is necessary to check whether all the drain plugs and valves closed. The cooling system should be poured antifreeze in the following amounts: 7 liters engine capacity of 2.3 liters and 7.5 liters engine capacity of 2.9 liters;
- The tightening of the threaded fasteners to hold to the required torque.

Note
To replace or remove the rubber mounts of the power unit and the transverse beams (traverse) is optionally removed from the vehicle engine and transmission.
