Check hydropushers

Noise hydropushers almost inaudible for the reason that they are in constant contact with the camshaft. With the advent of the noise from the area of the camshaft is necessary to carry out the following checks:
- Run the engine for 5 minutes at the speed of about 3000 min-1;
- Remove the cylinder head cover;
- Turning the crankshaft, camshaft stop cam on the back of interest to you hydropushers so pointed working part of the cam facing upward;

- With a mandrel pressure Hydropusher down, as shown in Fig. 115, or move his hand;
- If Hydropusher easy selling down or you will feel the backlash between a pusher and the back of the cam, such Hydropusher be replaced. Hydropushers come with built-in hydraulic jacks.
