Installing the rear brake disc
If necessary, the brake discs can be sanded for later use. The thickness of the front brake discs on all models is identical - 22 mm. Acceptable wear - 19 mm. The thickness of the rear brake disks are not the same and depends on the model (this is connected with a diameter discs with a diameter of brake cylinders). The values of the minimum of wear (mm) for the different models are: 208D and 212D 10 308D and 312D 14 412D 19 Sand wheels evenly, keeping parallel surfaces. If damaged disc in the set state, check the indicator on its outer edge heartbeat.

After installing the drive in any case it is necessary to check the heartbeat. For this set indicator with a suitable carrier so that the pin of the device rests on the outer edge of the disc (Fig. 289), followed by slowly turning the dial. If the runout exceeds 0.2 mm, again to remove the disc from the hub and install. Also check that the seat is clean. In the case of re-occurrence limit heartbeat should replace the drive. Several times to press the brake pedal to come pads to the discs. Next, you need to follow the recommendations described in Section. "Recommendations for the use of brake pads."
