Possible malfunctions of coupling

If you have any problems with the clutch, first we recommend to use the chart below to establish the possible cause and eliminate it.
Slipping the clutch (including incomplete)
Slipping clutch noticeable, especially when driving at high gear (when the engine is highest power) engine running under load as if idling, i.e. speed does not correspond to the driving speed. When starting the slip is less visible. The consequences of this may be not only the wear of the driven disk, but the pressure of the working surface, as well as a flywheel. Therefore, when replacing the drive plate and often require replacement of the clutch housing. To prevent this adhesion should be checked regularly as described below.
Fully serviceable clutch must withstand the following test: set the parking brake, turn 3 assists, slowly release the clutch pedal and press the fuel supply. The engine should stop (with proper parking brake).
Clutch does not switch off
If gear shifting is noisy, the clutch does not turn off completely. First of all you should check whether the pad did not move, which in this case would interfere with free movement of the pedal.

Symptoms
Remedy

Slipping the clutch (including incomplete)
1. Driven by drive slips
Replace the clutch disc

2. Insufficient clamping force
Replace the pressure plate

3. oily contamination linings
Replace the clutch disc, eliminate leakage
