Details of the air path of the engine: 1 - intake manifold; 2 - laying; 3 - conduit EGR system; 4 - EGR valve system; 5 - adapter; 6 - diffuser; 7 - duct; 8 - inlet air filter; 9 - a cover of the air filter housing; 10 - the filter element; 11 - the air filter; 12 - air intake; 13 and 14 - resonators

Fuel tank capacity of 60 liters is stamped from steel sheet and fixed under the body ahead of the rear axle. The fuel tank mounted fuel gauge. Access to the sensor is carried out through a hatch in the floor of the body under the rear seat. Indications fuel gauge can be ottarirovany according to Table. 3.11.

Drain fuel regulator
Fig. 3.32. Drain the fuel regulator: I - the fuel temperature is above 30 ? C; II - the fuel temperature is below 30 ? C; 1 - the fuel tank; 2 - control fuel discharge; 3 - the fuel filter; 4 - pump;
5 - nozzle; 6 - a connection to the fuel tank; 7 - pipe from the pump; 8 - drain valve; 9 - the filter element; 10 - float; 11 - check valve

The system applied to the regulator fuel discharge (Fig. 3.32), which is installed between the fuel pump and fuel tank. Fuel passes through the filter, pump and nozzle heats up as the engine warms. Regulator drain fuel when the fuel temperature is below 30 ? C, part of it directs the fuel filter heater. At temperatures above 30 ? C occurs in the fuel drain tank.
Fuel Filter Nissan brand 16403-59EOO with a replaceable filter element is attached to the lid of the left side of the bulkhead in the engine compartment. The frequency of filter maintenance: sediment sink - 10 000 km (when replacing the engine oil); replacement filter element - every 30 000 km.
Air filter with a replaceable filter element of a dry paper type Nissan V0100 disposed in the housing on the left side about the battery in the engine compartment. The frequency of replacement filter element - every 60 000 km.
The gauge pointer is set to the presence of a sediment strainer fuel. It sends a signal to the warning lamp in the instrument cluster on the need to drain the sludge.
High pressure fuel pump is located behind the left side of the engine and driven by a toothed belt from the camshaft pulley on the flywheel side. On engines CD20 mounted pump with a rotating distributor, centrifugal mechanical speed controller, solenoid valve control fuel injection timing controlled by an electronic control unit (ECU), a device for cold start and stop solenoid valve. On engines CD20E set odnoplunzherny distribution type injection pump with electric equalizer fuel supply solenoid valve control timing of fuel injection and valve shutdown, computer controlled. Pump characteristics are shown in Table. 3.12. Pump does not require adjustment, except for adjusting the timing of fuel injection. The characteristics are given in Table nozzles. 3.13. On engines CD20E pump drive belt and transmits the rotation of the vacuum pump. The direction of rotation is determined by the arrows on the belt, which should be directed towards the engine. The belt tension is adjusted with eccentric tension roller and spring. The frequency of replacement of the belt: 90 000 km.
Jets (four) are screwed into the cylinder head. Shims are used to set the start of injection pressure, are produced with thickness from 0.50 to 1.0 mm at intervals of every 0.04 mm.
