Press the hand several times on the head Primer Pump (Fig. 3.42) until resistance is felt. Keep pumping, dropping the engine to the normal engine operation. Stop the engine and repeat the operation again. To remove sediment from the fuel filter, open the drain valve at the bottom of the filter and drain the sediment in a container.
