Removal and installation Manual transmission



After removal of Manual transmission needs to be replaced concentric slave cylinder (CSC). Dust on the moving parts of the disc clutch can damage the gland CSC, which will result in the leakage of fluid clutch.

Manual transmission components mounting


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the battery (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
  2. Remove the Manual transmission cables and switch gear selection (see. Section Removal and installation of the drive gear).
  3. Drain the fluid clutch and remove the pipe coupling with the concentric slave cylinder.
  4. Remove the engine wiring harness bracket.
  5. Remove the gauge CKP (see. Section Principle of operation of the engine management system) and a starter (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
  6. Remove the breather hose Manual transmission (see. Section Removal and installation Manual transmission breather hose).
  7. Remove the front section of the exhaust pipe (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  8. Remove the drive shafts (see chap. Drive shafts, steering knuckles and Hub assembly).
  9. Disconnect the wiring and remove the lock sensor neutral and reverse (see. Section Removal, check and installation of the gauge of neutral and reverse).
  10. Establish a jack under the engine and Manual transmission.
  11. Remove the bracket and the rear engine mounts idler arm and loosen the bolts to the bracket RKPP left engine mount (Manual transmission side) - see chap. Engine.
  12. Remove the screws and remove the Manual transmission.
  13. Installation is in the reverse order. Do not forget to replace the CSC.
  14. When installing Manual transmission does not allow any of the input shaft to the clutch cover. Tighten bolts Manual transmission with the required effort.
1 - 35.15 N ??? m (2 pcs., 70 mm)
2 - 35.15 N ??? m (1 pcs., 80 mm)
3 - 20.05 N ??? m (2 pcs., 20 mm)
4 - 20.05 N ??? m (1 pcs., 30 mm)
5 - 35.15 N ??? m (1 pcs., 50 mm)

  1. After installation, bleed the hydraulic clutch, adjust the transmission fluid level and make sure there are no leaks of it.
