Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the check point (see. Subsection 9.1).
2. Mark the position of the clutch on the flywheel.
3. Slowly loosen the bolts in a crisscross pattern.
4. Remove the clutch, noting the position of the friction plate.

A warning

It is recommended to change all the clutch assembly from the release bearing, even if subject only to the replacement of individual components.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clean the clutch, wiping liquid alcohol-based.
2. Check the wear of the friction linings.
3. If the distance from the surface of the friction lining up to the rivet heads is less than or equal to 0.3 mm, the friction linings replace.
4. Replacement pads are also required in the case of detection of traces of oil on them, evidence of deformation, cracks, traces of slip.
5. Check the splines of the hub of the friction disc, spring, rivets integrity.
6. If on the friction disk traces of oil before installing the new disk find and eliminate the cause.
7. Check the pressure plate, check the strength of riveting, shaking drive.
8. If there are traces of overheating (blue tint), or weakened diaphragm spring, replace the clutch.
9. Check the polished surfaces of the pressure plate and flywheel.
10. Minor defects grind, with strong replace damaged parts.
11. Check the release bearing, at the slightest defects replace.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the surface of the flywheel and clutch.
2. Place the friction disc so that the hub facing the flywheel.
3. Hold the friction plate, clutch basket put the assembly on locating pins, aligning the labeling.
4. Tighten the bolts by hand.
5. Align the friction disk.
6. The disc can center the rotating rod in the hub, pushing into the hole of the flywheel or with a special mandrel.
7. Evenly, in several stages, tighten the bolts to the specified torque clutch.
8. Lubricate the splines of the shaft and the axis of the PPC plug with a thin layer of refractory greasing.
9. Replace the PPC.
