Transmissions



On cars the CPR cross-linking with the main gear and differential housing is cast from an aluminum alloy. The PPC mechanism includes a primary and secondary shafts rotating in bearings. The gears secondary shaft includes using stem forks and synchronizers.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Pick up the entire car and establish on supports.
2. Remove the front wheels.
3. Remove the engine guards and the protection of the wings.
4. Remove the plug and drain the oil from the gearbox, screw plugs with the specified torque.
5. Remove the battery.
6. Remove the air duct and the air filter (see. Subsection 6.1.2 or subsection 6.2.2).
7. Remove the starter.
8. Remove the knurled nut clutch cable, cable sleeve lock nut and disconnect the cable.
9. Disconnect sensor wiring neutral and reverse switch (right arrows indicate the neutral position sensor connector and the wire connected to the mass).
10. Remove the wiring from the clips and take aside.
11. Loosen the axle nut and remove the plug.
12. Remove the selector shaft of the transmission.
13. Remove the nut and the thrust rod, remove rod from the stud on the boat CAT.
14. At the top of the crankcase breather hose disconnect.
15. Remove the cap nut and remove the speedometer cable.
16. Remove the drive axle from the transaxle case, take aside and secure, axle nut is not necessary to turn on.
17. Gently lift the engine hoist or jack prop up across the board.
18. When hanging hoist lay board between the spar and the pan and lower the engine on board.
19. Roll under the CAT lifting platform and prop up across the board.
20. Remove the nut and get a coupling bolt of the left support of the power unit.
21. Remove the three mounting bolts to the transaxle housing and remove the support.
22. Remove the rubber pads.
23. Remove the nut and get a coupling bolt of the right support of the power unit.
24. Remove the three bolts and remove a support arm.
25. Remove the bolts PPC previously denoting the place of each bolt (bolts are of different lengths) and Mark brackets. To loosen the bottom bolts may need to raise a little CPR.
26. Make sure that all the necessary parts are disconnected and can not interfere with the removal of the checkpoint.
27. Carefully slide the gearshift to the left and remove from the guide pins, preventing the weight of the PPC was perceived by the input shaft.
28. Roll out the PPC platform.
29. Remove the guide pins.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is performed in reverse order.
2. Lubricate the splines on the input shaft, set the guide pins after the installation of CAT and wrap bolts in place.
3. Replace gaskets axis.

Dismantling

Self Repair CPR is not recommended, as it requires certain skills and special tools (different pullers, micrometer heads and accessories, pliers to remove the retaining rings, etc.). In addition, spare parts for PPC expensive and difficult to acquire. Therefore, it is recommended to hand over a check point in Car repair service or purchase the unit repaired.
