The mechanism of management of a heater

1 - the handle of the switch of the electric motor;
2 - washer;
3 - panel heater;
4 - the screw;
5 - an arm;
6 - Rod radiator valves;
7 - draft damper lower air flow;
8 - draft damper air flow deflector;
9 - Clip;
10 - the lever;
11 - slider;
12 - the handle of the lever

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the handle of 1 switch motor.
2. Remove the handle lever 12.
3. Lift the panel heater in places 3 latches and remove the panel heater.
4. Disconnect the wires from the switch motor.
5. Remove the screws 4.
6. Remove the instrument panel.
7. Label colored electrical tape pull 6, 7 and 8 valves.
8. Disconnect from the clamps 9 envelope flap linkage.
9. Disconnect the thrust levers of valves.
10. To remove the bracket 5 heater control mechanism.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the bracket 5 heater control mechanism.
2. Connect the rod 6, 7 and 8 to the damper lever 10 according to the previously made mark.
3. Secure Shell rods gates at the terminals 9 so that the ends of the membranes protrude from the clamp 5 mm.
4. Tighten the screws 4 mounting bracket to the dashboard.
5. Install the instrument panel.
6. Connect the wires to the switch motor.
7. Place and snap the panel heater 3.
8. Set the handle lever 12.
9. Set switch knob 1 motor.
