1. Run 1-10 subsection 5.4.2. |
2. Remove the bolt 4 (see. Fig. Nuts Bearing) mounting shaft reverse gear. |
3. Unscrew the bolts 16 (see. Fig. Transmission five-speed type 020). |
4. Remove the rear cover 12 to the gear-timid and gasket 11. |
5. Remove the clutch release bearing 19 with the rear cover 12. |
6. Remove the retaining ring 14 from the shaft 20, the clutch lever. |
7. Remove the clutch lever 20 and pull the lever 15 and the return spring 13. |
8. Lift the retaining plate 1 (see. Fig. Fixing fork 5th gear) with two screwdrivers and turn it by 90 ?�. |
9. Turn on 5th gear and reverse using the slide rod gearshift forks. |
10. Remove the bolt 14 (see. Fig. Gear 5th gear) at the end of the input shaft spline 12 mm wrench and remove it along with the washer 15 (bolt screwed very tight). |
11. Remove the stem fork 5th gear fork 10 of inclusion of 5th transfer. In stock sliced left-hand thread, so it is necessary to unscrew it counter-clockwise (see. Fig. Removing fork 5th gear). |
12. To remove the plug 10 enable the 5th gear (see. Fig. Pinion 5th gear) together with the synchronizer assembly consisting of the hub 16, the sliding sleeve 13, the springs 12 and crackers 17, and gear 19 5 th transmission a locking ring 18. |
13. Remove the retaining ring 8 and shim 7 to the output shaft. |
14. To press a gear 6 5th gear output shaft. |
15. Remove the four bolts 21 with the help of the hexagon. |
16. Run 18-20 sub-section 5.4.2. |
17. Loosen the screws 9 (see. Fig. Transmission five-speed type 020). |
18. Disconnect the gearbox housing 10 and the clutch housing 1. |
19. Remove the gasket 5. |
20. Remove the magnet. |
21. Run 25-28 sub-section 5.4.2, taking the springs, which is under the rod gearshift forks. |
22. Remove the secondary shaft (see. Pp. 29-38 sub-section 5.4.2). |
23. Run 39-43 sub-section 5.4.2. |
