Fixing the bearing of a primary shaft

1 - a bolt;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the gearbox from dirt and rinse with water, crankcase protection against ingress of water.
2. Pull the plunger 34 (see. Fig. Transmission four-stage type 020) of the clutch input shaft 32.
3. Remove the bracket 19 (see. Fig. The gear change mechanism) gearshift.
4. Remove the switch 28 (see. Fig. Transmission four-stage type 020) lights reverse.
5. Remove the bolt 27, the locking shaft gear.
6. Unscrew the nut 31.
7. Remove the lever 30 shift.
8. Remove the mud cover 29.
9. Remove the cover 25 and remove it along with the washer 24 and spring 23.
10. To establish a transmission in neutral position with the shaft gear 22 and carefully knock him out of the gearbox housing.
11. Remove bolts 16.
12. To remove the back cover of the transmission case 15 and the gasket 14.
13. Remove the retaining ring 20 from the shaft 21, the clutch lever.
14. Remove the clutch lever 21 and pull the lever 18 and the return spring 19.
15. Remove the clutch release bearing 13.
16. Remove cover 1 (see. Fig. Nuts Bearing) and unscrew the three screws 2.
17. Remove the screw securing the pinion shaft 4 reverse.
18. Remove the cap 1 (see. Fig. Carter of coupling with differential) from the left flange axis.
19. Remove the retaining ring 2 and spring washer 3.
20. Remove the flange 4 half-line with the spring 45, washer 44 and spacer ring 43.
21. Remove bolts 6 (see. Fig. Transmission four-stage type 020).
22. 1 Disconnect the crankcase and clutch housing 11 gearbox.
23. Remove the shim, if present, and remove bolts 1 (see. Fig. Fastening of the bearing of a primary shaft) with a special attachment bearing head 2.
24. Remove the magnet 32 (see. Fig. Carter of coupling with differential) from the clutch housing.
25. Remove the stem 33 (see. Fig. Transmission four-stage type 020) to the shift fork and the slide assembly.
26. Loosen the screws 37 (see. Fig. Carter of coupling with differential) mounting brackets 36 and 38 of the fork 35 Reverse gear.
27. Remove the plug 35 Reverse gear.
28. Remove the shaft 24 is the reverse gear with the gear 27 reverse.
29. Remove the retaining ring 10 (Fig. A secondary shaft) to the output shaft.
30. Remove the gear 11 of 4th transfer.
31. Remove input shaft assembly.
32. Remove the retaining ring 12.
33. Compress simultaneously with the secondary shaft 20 gear 1st gear, synchronizer ring 19, the synchronizer 18, the locking ring 17, gear 14 2nd gear, the needle bearing 15 to the inner ring 16 and the gear 13 3rd gear.
34. Remove the needle bearing 21.
35. Remove the washer 22.
36. Remove bolts 7 fixing the bearing plate 6 5.
37. Remove the mounting plate 6 bearing.

A warning

The inner diameter of the plate 6 serves as a bearing outer ring 5.


38. Remove the secondary shaft 4.
39. Remove the brackets 36 and 38 (see. Fig. Carter of coupling with differential) fork backing.
40. Remove right flange half-axis (see. Pp. 18-20).
41. Remove the differential.
42. Remove the needle bearing 33 of the clutch housing 7.
43. Press out the gland bushing 6 with 5, if these items must be replaced.
