| 1. Check the gap between the gear Aug. 1 st transmission and blocking ring between the pinion 10 and February 14 th transmission and locking ring 13 (see FIG. Subsection 5.2.2.1). |
| 2. Press on the gear 17 4th transfers on a shaft 2, preliminary its heating to a temperature of 120 ?� C. In this case, the projection gear should be directed towards 3rd gear. |
| 3. Press on gear March 16 th transmission shaft 2, preliminary its heating to a temperature of 120 ?� C. In this case, the projection gear should be directed towards 4th gear. |
A warning  When Pressing gear 3rd and 4th gear remove seats and shaft gears all grease.

| 4. Lubricate the needle bearing 15 and install it on the shaft 2. |
| 5. Install pinion February 14 th transmission. |
| 6. To establish blocking ring of the synchronizer 13. |
| 7. Press on the synchronizer 12 so that the groove for the shift fork on the sliding sleeve is on the side gear 1st gear and synchronizer crackers have got to grooves of a blocking ring. |
| 8. Install a new retaining ring 11. |
| 9. To establish blocking ring 10, watching that synchronizer crackers have got to grooves of a blocking ring. |
| 10. Lubricate the needle bearing 9 and install it on the shaft 2. |
| 11. To establish a gear wheel of August 1 st transmission. |
| 12. Install the washer 7 and a new lock ring 6. |
